How your evidence is processed

Your submitted material is processed to provide the research analysis, reports, exports, and conversations you request.
The product keeps uploaded evidence, public sources, interpretations, and AI-generated recommendations clearly separated in its research workflow.
Only upload information that you are authorized to use and analyze.

Service providers

humsait uses specialist providers for authentication and storage, AI processing, hosting, error monitoring, and other essential infrastructure.
These providers process information only as needed to support the service and according to their own contractual and security obligations.

Billing information

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.
humsait receives subscription and transaction status but does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the workspace, meet operational requirements, and resolve legitimate support or security issues.
You may contact us to ask about accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting your account information and workspace data.
